Q: Will you tell me more about the Smart Pot liner that comes with the locker basket?

We teamed up with our friends over at Smart Pots to create a custom liner for our reclaimed locker baskets. Not only do they fit the baskets perfectly, they are great for growing plants of all kinds!

Here's a bit more info from Smart Pots:
"The patented Smart Pot is a soft-sided, fabric container that has the rigidity to hold its shape and can even support large trees. The Smart Pot is an aeration container. It has a unique ability to air-prune and enhance a plant’s root structure. A highly branched, fibrous root structure is the key to growing a better plant – with more flowers and fruits, and more resistance to insects and diseases."

Q: What type of soil do you recommend?
If you are growing edibles, we recommend using a free-draining soil with organic matter. That said, it's always a good idea to consult your local garden center for specific advice based on your plant selection.

Q: What plants are shown in your locker basket product pics?
The background plants are chives and the foreground are purple sage.

Q: How are payments processed?

We accept payment through PayPal. PayPal is a simple and secure way to shop on the internet.

PayPal accepts the following credit cards:

PLEASE NOTE: you do not have to have a PayPal account to buy through PayPal! If you prefer not to register, just use their guest option.

Q: When will I receive my order?
We currently ship with UPS Ground, which takes between 2-7 days depending on where you live.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
We apologize, but at this time we're not set up for international purchases.

Q: Can I return my purchase?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we want to know right away. Returns of most products are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To get started, please contact us using the form on our contact page and we will guide you through the returns process.

PLEASE NOTE: some reclaimed products (like the locker baskets) are sold as is and are non-returnable.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
Please rest assured that privacy is extremely important to us. Under no circumstances we will ever sell or distribute your personal information. All orders are completed securely through Paypal.
